🌟Those who have placed a deposit will receive previews and first pick of our current and upcoming litters. Before you complete our Puppy Application please read through our Reserve and Apply information and visit the FAQ’s page.

Puppy Return & Refund Policy

At Snugapawpoo, our puppies are placed with the intention of becoming lifelong family members. We understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes arise, and we will always do our best to help when a family can no longer keep their puppy.

If a family needs to return a puppy, the following policy applies:

Before the puppy goes home

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If a family chooses not to move forward after reserving a puppy, the deposit is forfeited according to the terms of the original agreement.

Within the first 30 days after going home

• If Snugapawpoo agrees to accept the puppy back, the puppy must be returned directly to Snugapawpoo.
• A $750 return fee will be retained from the original purchase price.
• Any transportation, flight nanny, boarding, veterinary, or other expenses associated with returning the puppy are the responsibility of the family and are separate from the refund.

After 30 days

• Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If Snugapawpoo agrees to take the puppy back, the refund amount will be determined based on the puppy’s age, condition, veterinary needs, training, and the costs associated with taking the puppy back and finding an appropriate new home.
• A refund is not guaranteed for returns after 30 days.
