At Snugapawpoos, every puppy is raised with health, temperament, and long-term well-being in mind. Our puppies are vet-checked before going home and are backed by a thoughtful health guarantee designed to give families confidence while keeping expectations clear.

To keep the health guarantee valid, your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours to 5 days of possession.
Documentation may be requested.

We provide a 14-day general health guarantee for serious, life-threatening conditions present after the puppy leaves our care. 

Not included: parasites, minor/treatable conditions, stress-related transition issues, or environmental factors or diarrhea.

Our puppies are backed by a 12 month genetic health guarantee for qualifying severe congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly affect quality of life. Conditions must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian and determined to be genetic or congenital in origin.

For any qualifying genetic or congenital condition, the sole remedy is a replacement puppy only, according to our written agreement.
